Can you create custom orders?

Absolutely! We would love to! Just email us the details and we will get a mockup made for your approval. We do ask for 30 days to create all custom orders. That should take us from initial communication to shipment.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We love bows and know you want your order fast! Our usual ship time is 1 business day, but we will work our hardest to get your order out the same day if we can.

Do you offer free shipping?

Most definitely! Domestic orders to the lower 48 will ship USPS First Class or USPS Flat Rate Priority, our choice based on weight, with a purchase of $75 or more.
